As part of its celebration of Women’s Month, the University of the Philippines Center for Women’s and Gender Studies (UPCWGS) organized a Round Table Discussion: Is Change Happening for Women in the Duterte Administration? on 20 March 2018 at the UPCWGS Conference Room.
